Our process...

Each design is handmade from scratch by myself in our studio on the Northern Beaches, Sydney.  We do not print on cheap 'Made in China' cushion covers.  We work with our clients via email to get each unique design 100% perfect then we print your design on your requested fabric.  Once we are happy with your print we sew your cushion up, pop in the insert and take a photo of each design before we send it.

Our attention to detail and desire to only ever send a quality product will always be our guarantee to you. All our designs come complete WITH inserts, filled with 100% recycled PET bottles, wrapped in ribbon and come with a paper gift bag. 

TURNAROUND PERIOD varies but we can usually get your order out within 7-10 days. If you are desperate please choose express post and email us to let us know what date you require your goods.  Orders are sent through Australia Post and you will receive a tracking number when your parcel is on its way.  We will also email through a sneak peek of your order so you get to see the finished result. 

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately if we print your order after we have received approval and you realise there is a mistake we will have to charge you  50% of the total of that order + postage (if we have already sent it) to reprint and sew. So please take care when approving proofs.

If we make a mistake or our workmanship is faulty we will send your replacement cushion within 48hrs at our expense.
